I couldn't imagine just how tough it must be, as ultimately we are our own biggest critics, and everyone seems to have an opinion on parenthood - so imagine combining your natural anxieties about motherhood, with the real life experience of post natal depression.
I pray that I am fortunate enough not to experience post natal, because my heart sure does go out to those who do.
Depression was tough enough when it was only me that I had to worry about!
